Humble Apparel offer hassle free returns.

Wrong size

If you order the wrong size and would like to exchange sizes we are happy to do so, please contact us via email, instagram or facebook messenger within 14 days to request an exchange. We will ask you to mail the product back to us along with a pre-paid parcel bag with your details/address. Once we have received the item/s we will post you the correct size.

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The item/s must be returned in the original packaging and will first be reviewed by our customer service team. The item/s must be returned undamaged, tags still attached, it must not be dirty or worn. We withhold the right to not exchange the product and will post the item back to you if any of these conditions are breached.

Unhappy with product or changed your mind 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the product we are happy to offer a refund or store credit. To do so please contact us via email, instagram or facebook messenger within 14 days of receiving the products. We will ask you to mail the product back to us to the specified address.

Faulty product

If the product you receive is faulty or damaged we will resend the same product via express post (no extra charges) or can offer a full refund/store credit. To do so please contact us via email, instagram or facebook messenger within 14 days of receiving the item/s, we will ask you to send us some photos of the issue and reserve the right to refuse the exchange/refund/credit if there is any obvious unrelated damage.

What product's are non refundable?

  • You cannot return your product after 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Without the original packaging
  • Without tags 
  • Sale items
