How can I track my order?

We have sent you an email with the tracking number please visit the Aus post website to check its scheduled arrival date, if you have been waiting longer than expected please send us a message on the contact us page and we will chase it up.

Can I return the item?

If its the wrong size - Yes, please mail it to us along with a pre paid, self addressed postage bag that has your address on it and we will swap them over and send them back.

If you change your mind and don't like it - Yes, please mail it back to us, once it passes review you will be refunded.

If there is a fault in the product - Yes, please contact us and we will organise to have a postage bag paid for you to return it in and will post you a brand new one.

Refunds will be paid with the same method that the payment was originally made.

Returned items for fault will be reviewed by our team, general wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for refund.

Returned items must be in brand new condition, unworn with swing tags attached.

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival and reviewed by our team if the item/s are not in the above conditions the refund will be denied and the cost of postage to mail it back will be paid for by the customer. 

Where do we ship to?

We ship worldwide, just enter your address as normal and the delivery cost will automatically calculate.

What if no one is home? Do I need to sign for my delivery?

The courier will leave a collection card, so you can go pick up the parcel when your free.

I entered the wrong item/shipping address. What do I do?

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No
